Provision 1: 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your product, you have 30-days from the date of purchase to return it for a full refund. The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Please note that the return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Provision 2: 1-Year Limited Warranty for Product Defects

We stand by the quality of our products and offer a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. If your product is found to have a manufacturing defect within this period, we will repair or replace the defective item or refund the purchase price at our discretion. Please contact our customer service team to initiate the warranty process and receive instructions on how to return the defective product. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

To initiate a return or warranty service, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. If you are returning an item we will provide you with a return authorization and further instructions.  Refunds will normally be issued in 7-10 business days.
